I’ve been at the bottom. I know what it is like to feel worthless and hopeless. I also know that, like me, you have everything you need inside you to find hope and crawl out of the darkness. It just takes a little help. I started Inner Evolution Counseling to help expats and young professionals who don’t have easy access to therapy become empowered to create their best life. I’m originally from Cody, Wyoming, USA, but in 2015 I moved abroad and haven't looked back. My international experience working with clients from around the world along with my own experience of living abroad puts me in a unique opportunity to work with clients from a variety of different backgrounds.
