At Fly Free Psychotherapy I aim to Set your Body, Mind & Soul Free! I am a Humanistic Integrative Practice. A mainly Humanistic approach with other approaches to help the individual when needed. Please see the posts on Person Centred Therapy [PCT], Gestalt Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy [CBT], Psychodynamic Therapy, Transactional Analysis [T.A.] I am also a avid fan and user of Mindfulness, Positive Psychology, and Self-Compassion. My name is Paul I’m in my late 40’s with lots of life experiences. I have lived through Trauma, Anxiety & Depression, Drug & Alcohol abuse and one of the main reasons I have taken this path to help others. Before I decided to go down the journey of Counselling training, I trained as a carer, and spent a couple of years working with the elderly, young adults and adults with disabilities. I really enjoyed this work, but wanted to go a little further, and here I am today. I am the founder of Fly Free Psychotherapy. I have a B.A. Degree in Counselling Skills & psychotherapy Studies. I also have a Certificate in Logotherapy for OCD, Phobias and Anxiety treatment. I am also at present studying Drugs & Alcohol Abuse Counselling, Level 4 [UK]. I am continuing on my studies in 2020 where I will be starting a Post Grad Diploma in Logotherapy, which will give me the skills to practice Life & Business coaching, After that, I plan either to continue with a Diploma in Transactional Analysis, or a Diploma in Gestalt Therapy. In the mean time, I will be keeping up to par with the Humanistic Approach with CPD Training every few months. My office is located in La Linea De La Concepcion, Andalusia, Cadiz, Spain, on the Costa Del Sol, Near to Gibraltar, for face-to-face sessions. I do online sessions through Skype or Zoom, and I can also meet you at your home or dedicated place. I am in the process of becoming a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy [BACP] and the Asociación Española de Counselling, I practice to their terms of ethics.
