I practice as an integrative psycho-therapist, integrating the learning from the three main theories of Counselling (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Person Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic therapy) to better understand and help you. But most importantly I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to share your story, working collaboratively with you to gain perspective and make any necessary changes.
