About Simone Mellor-Clark

I am an experienced relational Psychotherapist and Counsellor who has been working with individuals and couples across a wide range of settings including the NHS. Working in different psychological therapy services has provided me with experience of working with clients of all ages, from all walks of life, and with a wide range of diagnoses and issues. I provide a dedicated, confidential and neutral space in which you can bring and explore emotional and relationship difficulties, gain insight into their origins, come to terms with painful experiences, and work to identify and change unhelpful thinking, behaviour and emotional responses. I offer different levels of ongoing therapeutic support, from time-limited focused counselling for specific issues, to open-ended psychotherapy for long-term or recurrent difficulties with roots in the past. If you would like to learn more about counselling and psychotherapy, I offer a free initial, no obligation, consultation. This provides an opportunity for us to look at why you have contacted me, what you hope to achieve and whether I am someone you would feel comfortable working with.
