Welcome to A Guide to Truth Therapy. My name is Brandis Osborne. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor in the state of Texas. I offer talk therapy online or by phone, and I specialize in trauma-healing therapy. Together we can look at your past and present habits to see how they affect your life and your decision making. We will also explore your feelings, thoughts, and behaviors during the therapy process. My style of therapy is based on identifying the cause of your concerns in life. There are other types of therapy that work on treating the symptoms, which can work for a period of time, but the original cause of your problems may still be under the surface.
