About Sophie Killip

Hello! I'm Sophie, a Therapist with 5+ years of international experience specialising in disordered eating, eating disorders, and body image. I'm here to help you heal your relationship with food, your body, and your Self through offering individual therapy, individual therapeutic coaching, and workshops online. My therapeutic approach is known as integrative therapy, which involves drawing from evidence-based techniques and interventions based on your individual needs, desires, and goals. This includes CBT-E, DBT, and person-centred. During our sessions, I will aim to create a safe, supportive space that allows you to explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours and make sense of them. A therapeutic environment allows us to unlearn what's unhelpful so that we can implement ways of thinking and behaving that leads to meaningful, positive change. If you'd like to begin sessions with me, please get in touch and we can schedule a free intro call.
