In my practice I combine my behavioral and psychotherapy training to approach clients from a holistic perspective.
My belief is that people possess incredible resilience and I use a strength-based approach, this means we start by identifying and using the strengths you already have, and we build from there. I believe therapy is collaborative and will work with you to identify goals and how we can work together, using practical tools, to achieve them.
I want therapy to be accessible to people and for that reason I like online/teletherapy. The ability to talk to a therapist from a vary of locations and cutting out commute time removes some barriers to treatment. In addition, cost is often a deterrent for people seeking therapy. In keeping with my belief that therapy should be accessible, I can keep my fee lower when my practice in online. I also offer evening and weekend sessions.
