David Stringham, MSW, MPH
About David Stringham
I offer non-traditional counseling and coaching alternatives that inspire you to create the positive changes you want for your life. Standard 50-minute in-office sessions just aren't sufficient for some people, which is why for over 20 years my clients have benefitted from my unique approach. In addition to doing sessions in person or by phone or Skype, I offer my clients the option to extend a session into a longer period so as to stay with a piece of work that would benefit from the added time to process. I also give my clients the option to schedule multiple-hour sessions. In addition, I make it a priority to be available to my clients for a quick phone or Skype session when something urgent arises between our regularly scheduled sessions.
In addition to regular counseling and coaching sessions, I offer private, personalized single- or multi-day in-person retreats. This is a uniquely intentional way to step out of your daily routine and develop deeper insights into yourself to find better ways to cope with the challenges in your life. These retreats can be held in my location near the White Mountains of New Hampshire or at any location of your choice.
In whichever way we work together, using mindfulness instruction as a foundational practice, you receive my undivided attention. The goal is to help you reduce stress and gain clarity and skills to better deal with the issues with which you struggle.
