Rose Skeeters, MA, LPC, PN2
About Rose Skeeters
I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, relationship issues, disordered eating and related conditions in adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I have extensive formal training and experience in evidenced-based treatment approaches (including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavior Therapy) that are the gold standard of treatment for these conditions. Treatment begins with a comprehensive evaluation where I get to know you as a whole person and design a plan that fits your unique goals.
In addition to treating anxiety, relationship issues, & disordered eating, I can help with other related concerns including loneliness, low self esteem, distorted self-image, trust issues, difficulties asking for help, people pleasing, feelings of chronic guilt/shame, codependency, self-destructive behaviors, and emotional sensitivity.
Anxiety is an extremely treatable condition. The evidenced-based treatments I provide are designed to be brief, collaborative, and teach you the skills you need to live a better life, rather than being limited by fear and doubt. Using compassion and humor, I will enthusiastically walk you through treatment so that you can finally enjoy your life.
