About Leah Ore

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker working with prenatal and postpartum women, along with adolescents and adults who may have experienced trauma. Often these life altering events create so much stress that behavioral and emotional problems arise. I use a variety of creative, client-centered techniques to work through these issues. I take a strengths based approach to therapy, guiding individuals to embrace and honor themselves. I use relational, attachment based techniques to build trust, safety, and security that clients can take from our sessions into their lives and other relationships. I have a Master's in Social Work from Walla Walla University. I use CBT, Mindfulness, Attachment, and Van Der Kolk's approach to Trauma Healing, along with training in Prenatal, Birth, and Attachment Psychology.
