Roamers Therapy works particularly well with individuals in their late teens, 20s, 30s, or early 40s looking for a therapist that "gets it". As your therapist, I will help you navigate ways your thoughts may be negatively impacting your life. I will help you learns ways to manage and pursue the goal of not allowing anxiety and depression to derail your days. My role will be to help you explore and identify unclear reasons that prevent you from living or having your envisioned life.
