About Carrie Wrigley

Carrie Wrigley is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of counseling experience.  She specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, sexual abuse, marriage, and sexual addiction.   Carrie has a private practice in Sandy, Utah.  She attended the University of Utah, where she received a BFA in Theatre and an MSW degree of Social Work.  Carrie is also a speaker, singer, and songwriter, who blends her artistic and professional interests in creating multi-media teaching formats to inspire people to live happier, more productive lives.   She has taught classes for over 20 years at BYU Education Week and other teaching venues, on topics such as "Christ-Centered Healing from Depression and Other Emotional Challenges"   and "Building the Connection" (relationship help for married couples and others.)  Carrie is the mother of five children, and has been married for thirty-plus years to Steve Wrigley. She enjoys giving people new skills, insights, and inspiration, empowering them to live richer, happier, fuller lives.
