About Lisette Lahana
With over 20+ years as a therapist, I help people break out of depression, find stability and feel more relaxed. With a warm, non-judgmental approach I'll help you explore those patterns causing you problems. Clear away your past to create a more fulfilling relationship to yourself and others. I'll ask you to think about yourself deeply and help you move toward your goals.I enjoy working with people who are motivated to make life changes and wanting to decrease their stress level.
I'm affirming toward LGBTIQQA people and folks beyond the gender binary. Adults, kids with parent permission. Welcoming to clients of color/se habla español. VIDEO SESSIONS for CA residents only.
Trauma therapy using EMDR is not typically conducted online If you cannot find an EMDR therapist in-person you and I can discuss conducting that therapy which will involve you providing me a deposit for EMDR equipment ($250) I will direct you to use during our sessions at home.
As seasoned Gender Therapist and Certified WPATH provider I have expertise in helping those considering gender changes and those who want to explore their gender in therapy (transgender, non binary, crossdressers and those questioning). I do assessments and write letters for puberty blockers, hormones & surgeries.Visit my website to learn more: http://www.LisetteLahana.com
