About Neli Morris
Holidays can be a time of excitement, joy, warmth and family. But they can also be a time of stress and holiday blues, even bringing on additional feelings of depression and anxiety. Stressed out about all that holidays bring with them – shopping, planning, travelling? Are you worried about upcoming family interactions? Do you associate the holiday season with a painful event that comes back up around this time of the year?
There are many resources available online that includes tips and suggestions for handling the holidays, but sometimes those suggestions may be hard to put in place – or maybe they don’t apply to your situation. This is where therapy can come in! Whether you need a space to vent without feeling like you’re burdening those around you, a place to prepare yourself for the upcoming family interactions, or you are seeking coping and self-care strategies that work for you as you’re trying to survive the holiday stress or holiday blues, I will work with you in a brief therapy format honing in on these issues. There are no long-term commitments, no lengthy assessments or history gathering – you bring in a current issue, and we will work together on it.
You can receive up to 3 50-minute sessions at a discounted rate of $50 per session when scheduling between December 1st and January 12th. Available for individual, couple, and family sessions.
Contact me for same day and next day appointments, subject to schedule availability. Flexible day, evening, and weekend scheduling. You can also self-schedule online via my website (https://neli-morris.clientsecure.me/client_portal).
Regular rates apply if you wish to continue beyond the brief therapy sessions.
