Jonathan Spitz, Psy.D.
About Jonathan Spitz
I see the purpose of therapy as being a place for reflection, contemplation, and intentional problem solving. Whether it be to address general distress all of us may face due to life's inherent stressors, or something related to a more specific mental health issue, psychotherapy can be a space for you to gain insight, understanding, and awareness of how to live the life you want for yourself. I work alongside people who are struggling to make meaning out of their life, individuals searching for understanding, people in relationships they feel unsatisfied in (romantic or other), and those who want to live more comfortably in their own skin.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of Illinois and New York.
