Caroline Artley, LCSW-C
About Caroline Artley
I am a down-to-earth clinician who enjoys giving clients the tools they need to become their own inner therapist. I believe the relationship forged between the client and therapist is of paramount importance to your recovery. Each session with me is designed to meet you where you are and help you find your way. My specialties include adult anxiety and stress management and maternal mental health, although I also have extensive experience helping people with depression, negative thoughts, trauma, grief/loss, parenting, and dealing with difficult loved ones.
Pregnant & Post-partum Families: Adding a child to your family is an exciting time, but for 1 in 5 women and 1 in 10 men, that initial excitement grows into troublesome thoughts and feelings. I help moms, dads, and parents-to-be learn to quiet the negative thoughts, elevate their mood, and find peace in their new role.
Survivors: I help adults who have experienced any type of scary event whether in childhood or adulthood. You will learn strategies to quiet the mind, calm the body, tap into your inner resilience, and build a support system. You’ll be in the driver’s seat as we put the pieces together which tell your unique story.
(Just about) Everyone Else: I also work with people who are dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, bereavement, difficulty with interpersonal relationships, and many other important challenges in life. You may request counseling with a Christian perspective if desired. If you are not sure if I can help, call or send an email. I’d love to talk!
For session fee, I utilize a sliding scale for all clients, and offer an itemized receipt which you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
