About Kathryn Shanks
I specialize in working with counselors, coaches, and healers who are struggling with anxiety, burnout, or vicarious trauma. Helping “helpers” to explore and overcome the deeply-held beliefs and patterns of that hold them back, and supporting them in connecting with a greater sense of well-being and inner strength is my passion.
My approach integrates somatic approaches like Hakomi, mindfulness, expressive arts, and ecotherapy. These techniques gently assist in the unraveling of old patterns, increasing a sense of well-being, aliveness, and self-love.
