About Suzanne Wychocki
Through my work, I am committed to helping people discover their authentic selves and guide them through their process of healing. I believe that healing is a collaborative endeavor that requires honest care without judgment, and I assist my clients in clarifying their goals for treatment. Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, I draw from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation. As a therapist, I am warm, open, encouraging, and direct.
I work with children, adolescents and adults with behavioral issues, anxiety or depression. I also work with mothers dealing with postpartum depression, couples with relationship challenges, phase-of-life changes, grief, and loss. I use mindfulness and tools for awareness in much of my practice.
