Hi and Welcome!
I'm so glad you're here.
Your journey to healing and self-discovery is just beginning, so take a deep breath and give yourself the grace that you need.
My name is Brittanie Gray. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern (LPC-I) with the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University. I’m qualified to provide counseling services to adults, , families, & groups.:
I am a Christian counselor that counsels from a collaborative and holistic approach. This type of therapeutic relationship offers a working alliance that empowers desired change through compassion, genuineness, and understanding. During your time in therapy, we will identify appropriate goals to help you deal with existing concerns, you will develop healthy coping skills, find new inner strength, and build resiliency along the way.
As your therapist, I want to assure you that I will provide a safe and accepting atmosphere. I will sit with you through difficult times and help you manage difficult emotions. I will also walk with you through the various seasons of life, while encouraging you to release the heavy burdens you were never meant to carry alone.
You are resilient, worthy, and capable of learning new coping skills that will help regulate your mind, body, and emotions
