Brenna Leslie, LMFT
About Brenna Leslie
Whether this is your first or fifth time engaging in therapy, it can be intimidating to make the first step, and you have! I'm so glad you found your way here. My name is Brenna and I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am trained in working with individuals and families who are experiencing struggles in their personal life, work, parenting, relationships, or going through a life transition. You may have tried several ways to cope that haven't made you feel better and you're looking for something new or longer lasting. I can't give you the perfect answers, but chances are, you already have them. Let's find them together!
I love working with many types of clients, but I specialize in helping pregnant or postpartum moms who might be emotionally struggling. Babies don't come with a handbook and oftentimes adding a new child creates unexpected hardships. I'm trained in Perinatal Mental Health as well as Domestic Violence and overall Women's issues.
The first call is the hardest, but it can also be the most important. When you're ready, I would be happy to speak with you for a free consultation call so I can answer any questions you may have, describe the teletherapy experience and discover whether I may be able to help you. I look forward to hearing from you!
