There is a frustration and confusion that comes when you want to be close to others, but you've also learned that people and the world aren't safe. I am an individual, family and adolescent counselor licensed in Michigan and Ohio with 6+ years of experience working as a psychotherapist and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including, trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, depression, emotional abuse and anger management. I love helping individuals find their voice and reclaim the narrative of their lives in beneficial ways. My counseling style is warm and attentive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I am skilled in creating treatment plans that will help you meet your individual needs.
