I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach, so all of your sessions will be tailored to you individually. The modern age brings many challenges to mental health and well-being. Overuse (or misuse) of technology, lack of social support, and the fast pace of society can create feelings of anxiety, depression, and stress. I believe in the innate knowledge of every person, and trust that you have the power to achieve mental health. It is my goal to assist you. I am passionate about the healing power of nature, and I believe it is the antidote to the dehumanizing effects of technology. I also have years of experience working with domestic violence victims and rape victims, enabling them to tap into their inner strength and achieve empowerment. I also offer psychedelic integration support.
