Suchika Siotia is a Licensed Mental Health Counsellor Associate in the state of WA. She has a 2 years of clinical experience during which she have seen more than 500 clients across developmental ages and worked for more than 1000 clinical hours.
She aims to help the youth, families, adults and couple to cope with emotional, behavioural and interpersonal challenges by employing evidence-based practices that are shown by research to result in positive long-term outcomes. Suchika is trained in Psychological First Aid, Trauma focused CBT and has also completed her Gottman Couple Therapy Level 1, 2 training in USA. In her therapeutic modality, she loves to use an eclectic approach whereby she implements the third-wave cognitive behavioural therapy like DBT, ACT, and Mindfulness.She cares about your well-being and will provide you all the tools you need in order to seize the day and achieve your fullest potential. She implements effective psychotherapy methods to instil self-understanding in her clients and encourage them to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations. It is essential to keep in mind that therapy is a healing process that takes time and patience.
