I am an experienced mental health counselor who has been working with individuals, couples and families going through mental health & adjustment issues, as well as separation and/or a divorce. I am an avid advocate of helping individuals deal and cope with life changing events through mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT, person-centered and solution-focused therapy. I am a neutral party in my mediation or parent coordination cases to assist families in separating emotions before making decisions that will benefit them and their children in the future.
