About Yoshica McCullough
It is important to understand that there is no shame in asking for help. We all need help at some time or another in our lives. As a Professional Counselor, I believe that you hold the key to the happiness that you seek. I am only here to help you find it from deep within. I will meet you where you are and help you to break through that wall that is holding you back from your full potential. I practice using an eclectic approach with a firm CBT base to help you think outside the box.
I work with a variety of populations and conduct group, individual, and couples counseling. My focus is Relationship issues, Pre-teen and Teen issues and Life transitions.
I am a military veteran who understands the trials and tribulations that can come along with that experience. I have the ability to speak the language and provide the crucial coping skills needed to assist in everyday living.
