About Nicole Fryling

Nicole Fryling, MA, LLPC is a licensed professional counselor and a graduate of Grand Rapids Theological Seminary. She finds energy in her work as a counselor when she is working with hurting women who want a better, more enriching life for themselves. She believes it is never too late to make changes in life. Many times we feel out of control, and while we can’t control what happens to us, we can control how we respond. Taking the steps towards healing takes courage, and she honors that. She knowd how hard it is to put one foot in front of the other, and she wants to journey alongside of you. She firmly believes each person has the power inside of them to step into full healing and restoration. Her approach to counseling is two-fold. She knows you are struggling with real symptoms. Real challenges and setbacks that are affecting your daily life. She wants to offer practical, tangible ways to help you get through your day in a more healthy, productive way along with making changes towards creating a positive mindset. At the same time, many of us have deeper wounds that need attention. After regaining positive daily functioning, the real healing can begin as we work to heal from past wounds, lean into a positive self-image, and create a brighter future.
