Being a therapist is a passion that I find fulfilling and satisfying. I chose to name my company Journey Begins Counseling because for a while my own life was full of decisions/indecisions that kept me unbalanced, lost and alone. I had lost sight of who I was and what I wanted to be when I grew up. I was afraid to start my own journey of discovery. I work with all types of individuals who have decided that their lives are not what they hoped, their days are not filled with optimism and contentment, and that want to learn to reach their potential in their life goals. They seek to be happy. I also worked in human resources/benefits for 10 years and have helped many employees/peers with job and career issues, family problems, loss of loved ones, financial issues and so much more. I provide my clients with a safe and trusting environment. They feel comfortable and know that I am there for them in each situation they bring to the session. I am available during the week and weekends, morning, afternoons and evening hours.
