With nearly 2 decades of research experience in psychology and neuroscience, I am well-qualified to provide guidance on what techniques have been most helpful for individuals struggling with issues similar to yours. I use evidence-based techniques including mindfulness-based therapies, cognitive behavior therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy.
