About Tony Parmenter
Remote/online psychotherapy and drug/alcohol evaluations for anyone in Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and anywhere in the world depending on your local laws. I offer an integrative approach which includes EMDR and aspects of Buddhist Psychology. I was trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR) by Dr. Laurel Parnell and help people process through anxiety, fears, phobias, trauma, compulsive behaviors and addiction issues - and to help increase self-confidence, assertiveness, productivity, and for enhancing personal performance. My approach is grounded in helping you remove blockages and engage in your life more meaningfully.
Tapping into your internal resources, we will connect to your body’s natural healing ability and work together to shift the impact of stress. By doing so, you will create pathways allowing you to connect to your life with more energy, creativity, and with a sense of freedom.
As a fellow human being, I know what it means to fight just to stay afloat. By coming together we will move your ship toward shore. Please reach out if I seem like a good fit. It would be my pleasure to talk to you, and to help you find ways to live your best possible life.
