About Lauren Camacho
I am a wife, mother, psychotherapist, and transformational coach with almost a decade in the field. I received my Masters Degree in Social Work and became a Licensed clinical social worker shortly after. I have extensive training in working with a holistic approach and have dedicated my life to transforming others.
My healing journey began in my early 20’s when I noticed my life was becoming more exhausting, depressing, and anxiety stricken. The heaviness of trying to pretend I had it all together was hiding the reality of the pain that I was carrying. Being too much to bear i dove into my healing journey, which shifted my life completely. fast forward a few Years, therapists, coaches, mentors, and experiential retreats; I am now at a place that I feel empowered to confidently embrace and shine my light to others.
With me as your guide, I will be your partner in helping you understand and remove what is in the way of your desired life. To identify areas in your life that need attention or action. To make sure you stay on your healing journey and live out your potential.
My relationship with my clients are intimate, honest, and confidential. With an overall tone of love and compassion. I am there to be a guide and not a fixer, which empowers my clients to grow in their authenticity and power. I am there to create a safe place to grow in emotionality and provoke the courage that unleashes vulnerability. I am there to identify and understand the moments that bring them off course of their desired life. After I assist them in creating a foundation that will no longer allow that.
I specialize with men and women who feel stuck, unmotivated, and have a sense that there is more out of life. Individuals who have come to a place in their life where depression and anxiety has manifested into life altering ways.
