I specialize in Rapid Resolution Therapy (RRT), which engages the whole mind - both from where you are consciously aware and from outside your conscious awareness - in eliminating undesirable thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Using RRT I can pinpoint what has been going on that has been causing and amplifying problems, and then guide your mind to deactivate the source of what's been going on. Replacing distressing thoughts or painful feelings or changing behavior does NOT have to take a long time, does NOT have to be hard and you do NOT have to relive any past trauma. Imagine feeling better soon, as clients often tell me they feel better after the first visit. This is short-term therapy where resolution happens naturally and automatically. I am currently in private practice in Florida. I am active in the Institute for Survivors of Sexual Violence, Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides pro bono RRT and oversees RRT research and training. My background includes inpatient, outpatient and community mental health and substance abuse. I wish I had known about RRT years ago, so I could have used it for all my past clients.
