Problems can trick us! That is what they are good at doing. We all have fallen into one of many tricks problems play on us. They try to convince us they can not be conquered, that there are no options, and even tell us they are helping us. We'll work together take a stand against the problem and use the skills you already have to take away its power and restore stability to your life. This will allow more beneficial counter stories to emerge, positively impacting you and allowing you to experience a more authentic life. Sometimes we get "stuck" with stories that become attached to us and re-authoring these stories can make a significant impact. Together we can overcome stigmas to restore vitality to your life! I have a firm understanding of the intricacies of trauma, working with chronic disorders, crisis, youth, women and refugees. I offer flexible hours, working Tuesday and Wednesday and Saturday morning to accommodate busy schedules. I'm certain we can work together to find a comfortable time! I work on a sliding fee scale and am committed to finding a price that won't get in the way of our work.
