She uses traditional and non-traditional methods of counseling in working with individuals, couples, families, blended and co-parenting divorced families. She has done teaching and training seminars on intimacy and parenting in workshops and seminars individually and with Rob for 14 years. Her counseling specialties are educating individuals and couples on Arrested Development, sexual addiction, emotional anorexia, intimacy issues. She also works with women on topics such as co-dependency, depression, independence, family counseling, co-parenting, divorce, blended family issues, stress management, anxiety, abuse, grief and loss, women's issues and more.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Social Work with an emphasis in Counseling from Colorado State University-Pueblo, and a Masters Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Counseling from New Mexico Highlands University. A member of the National Association of Social Workers, active member of Harley Owners Group, the National Social Work Honor Society and The Chamber of Commerce. She holds a Black Belt degree in Okinawan Kenpo and rides a Harley Davidson Low Rider. She is married to Rob and is the mother of their four adult children and two beautiful grandchildren.
