About Tracy Askilsrud

I believe relationships are the most important element of a happy and healthy life, so improving your relationship with yourself as well as those around you will have an amazing impact on your day-to-day experience of life. If you are struggling with anxiety,  depression, trauma, self-esteem or relational issues which are impacting how you interact with the world, I want to reassure you that there is help. Using my extensive background in attachment theory, behavioral therapies and neuroscience, we can work together to tackle the issues that are currently impacting your quality of life.  You are not in this alone.

After struggling with my own personal and relationship issues, I dedicated myself to learning how to create the changes that I wanted to see in my own life. You can always find me reading and learning more daily to expand and deepen my understanding of these issue and give you the highest level of care I'm able to.
