About Marinic "Nicky" Fletcher
Whether you feel stuck, discouraged or dissatisfied, it’s easy to get caught in survival mode. You may even wonder if you’ll ever feel joy again, which can leave you feeling hopeless and helpless. Maybe it isn't you but your child/adolescent that needs some support.
Finding the right therapist can seem scary because you want to make sure you choose someone who you truly connect with.
My name is Marinic "Nicky" Fletcher and I am a License Clinical Mental Health Counselor (formally LPC) in North Carolina. I am also a License Clinical Addiction Specialist-Associate. I’ve been practicing for over 10 years as a Counselor and I have a combined 20+ years in mental health/substance abuse/vocational services with adults, children, and adolescents.
I welcome ages 6 and up. My counseling style is eclectic (variety) and based on the need of each individual. I utilize evidence based models along with mindfulness and relaxation techniques. One of the major foundations of counseling services is establishing a rapport between myself and the individual. Psychological safety is essential when treating individuals, making sure they feel as if they can express themselves freely without judgement.
You’ve come to the right place, a warm and judgement-free zone.
