About Roshan Dsouza
I have a rich experience of work with various multi-nationals for 13 years. The experience is enriched with problem-solving, mediation, project coordination and implementation, standard operating procedure creations and leading a team towards their goals successfully. In all my years, I had never failed in any of my expectations and have had the good grace of being successful in all the projects undertaken.
Over the years, I have not only become better in business and managing a worthy profit but also empowering people to be more creative, effective, efficient and make the right choices at the right time. It is these experiences that make me the person I am today.
As a counselor, hypnotherapist and trainer, since 2013, I am happier than what I was in a full-fledged job. But that is not enough, is it?
The need to better the self has always been my mantra. To be the best in what I do without comparison with others is what keeps me going, the more I realize what I do not know the more I want to pursue that emptiness in what is not known. The journey is never-ending as there is so much to know but there is so little time to learn.
The way of life for an individual is not with the company he keeps but the goal that he sets. The need for me to help others and make their life fulfilling is the goal of my life, to help as many people as I can to make their lives better at the same time living up to my responsibilities and commitments as deemed necessary.
I was able to translate the theories we had to the management in a way that they would understand and comprehend the reasons why we were doing a project. Some of the main points that I would stress is financial.
Today with my quenching thirst for knowledge and the need to better myself in what I do, I have a working knowledge of many aspects of business, life, and education. Some things a very few people have the ability to boast of and in this pool of knowledge, I am happy to have people to share with who are in similar lines of work or looking to better their lives for a healthy future.
