About Lori Pahl

My name is Lori Pahl. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor for the state of Colorado. I have 12+ years working in the mental health field in multiple settings from crisis evaluations to inpatient, residential and outpatient counseling. I will work with you utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Brief Solution Focused Therapy to help you find that inner peace that is needed in this fast paced world and give you the flexibility to do it from the comfort of your home, hotel, or where ever you may be. I believe you have the capability to grow into the unique individual you are and will do everything to help you grow into the person you are meant to be. Through my life I found there are more experiences that connect us than divide us. I’m deeply invested and passionate about uncovering who you are and who you want to be in this world so I can help you live an extraordinary life. I’ll never ask you do anything I am not currently doing or haven’t done in the past. I look beyond the thoughts and behaviors and see You as a unique individual with positive qualities and enduring strengths. I will guide you to incorporate what is important to you and recognize what does and does not work for you. Learning to be aware of thoughts, emotions, and actions in the here and now without judgment is vital to moving forward. To be in the present moment, instead of letting the mind go where it wants, allows you to enjoy the life you are meant to live. Life is a too much a beautiful thing to be unhappy!!! Are you ready to take charge of your life? I am here to guide you on your journey through this wonderful thing called life.
