About Jessica Jacobs
If you feel overwhelmed, anxious, stressed out or exhausted, you're not alone. Breaking this pattern can seem scary and confusing, but things can be different. You can do this. I work with youth and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression and the impact of trauma. A common factor with all of these issues is their effect on relationships and the ability to feel connected to others in your life. Through therapy, I hope to help you repair this ability and begin to feel better.
My goal is to create a safe and welcoming place to process painful experiences and begin to live a more balanced life. Therapies used are rooted in science and research in order to help you or your child make life long changes.
I believe that therapy should be accessible and understand that you can't always take hours off work or leave your kids at home to attend therapy. In addition to in-person sessions, I offer online therapy through a secure, HIPAA Compliant software. This gives you access to quality services from the comfort of your home or office.
