About Monica Molt
I take a mind-body approach to help my clients navigate through issues like chronic illness, trauma, and stress. I worked as a fitness specialist and personal trainer for five years prior to becoming a therapist. With this integrative experience, I understand the emotional and physical challenges that come along with persistent disorders and chronic stress. I obtained my Masters of Education in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Auburn University. I hold two bachelor degrees in both Psychology and Physical Activity and Health. In addition to providing therapy services in my private practice, I am a therapist at a community mental health center working with individuals with severe mental illnesses.
