Hello: After working twenty years as a mental health professional, I have come to respect the courage it can take for anyone to conclude that they need to trust someone else to help them resolve some personal conflict in their own life and to then achieve their treatment goals weather they are are short or long term. I look forward to working with those who have made the choice to move forward and achieve their goals to change their lives. It may be depression, anxiety, work related stress,
