Hello ! I am so glad you are reaching out for support. It is my belief that most people have the ability to grow and build on their own strengths; however, at times, need empowerment and encouragement. My goal is to help you work on and accomplish your goals, regardless of how big or how small they may be. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for the state of Texas and I received my Master's from Texas Woman’s University. My approach to working with individuals includes a collabor
