I am Leslie S Powers, a Licensed Professional Counselor from Alabama. I have been in this profession for nearly 30 years, having begun my journey as a Certified Addictions Counselor in 1988. Since then, I have worked in treatment centers and free-standing mental health clinics via private practice, school counseling certification, and contracting with my county's Department of Human Resources. I am a 1994 graduate of Troy University with a Master's degree in Counseling and Human Development.
