About Amy Brant
As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that each family unit is unique. When positive growth or change is made by one member of the family, each member benefits.
I started my career in 1998 as a teacher for students with special needs and as a public school guidance counselor. In 2011, I decided to earn my LMFT degree as it was becoming more clear that our families and past experiences strongly shape decisions we make and behaviors we choose as adults.
My therapeutic approach varies
Stress, Anxiety, Relationship issues, Family conflicts, Depression, Coping with life changes, Addictions, Trauma and abuse, Grief, Intimacy-related issues, Eating disorders, Parenting issues, Anger management, Self esteem, Career difficulties, Compassion fatigue, ADHD
